Our RELEASE scent takes you from a place of stress and worry to one of total tranquillity.
Bergamot - known to balance emotions, decrease negative feelings, and promote positivity. It has also been shown to affect many of the physical markers of low mood, helping our whole physiology to embody a happier state.
Lavender - known for its soothing, uplifting effects on the mind. It is shown to ease negative feelings and help us to let go of them.
Ylang ylang - is often said to have a 'harmonising' effect, helping us to level our emotions and feel content, soothing away any worries and releasing stress.
Our beautiful range of candles are hand poured and 100% plant based. We use coconut & rapeseed wax and pure organic essential oils.
It's important to set aside some time for ourselves everyday, even if it’s for 5 or 10 minutes. Just this short amount of time can work wonders on our nervous system, stress levels and mindset.
Release Work Tip: Because we want you to get the most from your candle
Before you start light the candle and the let the aroma start to fill the room (approximately 20 minute's) notice how you are feeling, for example, worry, stressed, anxious etc. Put on our RELEASE playlist, close your eyes or focus on the flame of the candle (obviously not too close) and spend a minute taking some nice deep breaths bring your nervous system back into a calm & relaxed state and begin your. For release work write down anything that is causing you worry, anxiety, fear it can even be from past traumas, I like to ask angles, spirit guides, universe to help me with these concerns, worries or problems and then burn the piece of paper and visualise it all releasing. This is also very powerful to do this at the time of the full moon, see our full moon ritual set.
