Our BREATHE scent helps to create an atmosphere of peace, calm & tranquillity.

Lemongrass - is also considered a calming oil and is a great home remedy for anxiety. Its punchy scent is also uplifting and inspires positivity. Our beautiful range of candles are hand poured and 100% plant based. We use coconut & rapeseed wax with a blend of pure organic essential oils.

Bergamot - known to balance emotions, decrease negative feelings, and promote positivity. It has also been shown to affect many of the physical markers of low mood, helping our whole physiology to embody a happier state.

Lavender - known for its soothing, uplifting effects on the mind. It is shown to ease negative feelings and help us to let go of them.

It's important to set aside some time for ourselves everyday, even if it’s for 5 or 10 minutes. Just this short amount of time can work wonders on our nervous system, stress levels and mindset.

Before you start light the candle and the let the aroma start to fill the room (approximately 20 minute's) notice how you are feeling, for example, irritable, stressed, anxious etc. Put on our BREATHE playlist, close your eyes or focus on the flame of the candle (obviously not too close) start your breath work.
